I submitted a one page release...ran forever (I cancelled after a half hour) and I got no response, email, etc. It's a great idea and cool tool, but doesn't seem to really work...

make a workign version or look into the bugs. I can't get past the "Off to the races" screen.
Love all your programs, but this one doesn't seem to be working. Appears as if it's still working but never finishes. I have tried waiting over 30min on more than one occasion.
Thanks

Having massive problems!
I would love to use it but can't. It keeps giving me an error when I use my MacBook Pro, used my HP using Vista and the same thing happened. Tried all types of browsers.

We actually did have a boilerplate (About ABC Company) which wasn't picked up in the grader

Adjust the sensitivity of 'gobbledygook analysis'...
For instance, it counts letters 'roi' in the term 'Android' as the marketing term "ROI"

accept international phone number format
The tool now complains for lack of valid phone number, even though there is a very valid international phone number in the body. It only seems to accept US format of phone numbers. I would not consider an international press release less effective just because of a phone number.

Tell me what to past in the text box.
It is not clear what I should be posting in the main text box on the gobledeegook grader. Should this be text only, html, markdown, or something else? It seems to be looking for html, but how would I have known that?

It says we don't have a company site link, yet scored us for having it too far down.
Should fix this inconsistency

Fix the 406 Error Return that recurs in the link check
I love the PR grader and have had great success with releases on which I edit them per PR grader feedback to a score of mid-90's +. However, when checking several recent releases for different clients, I rec'd 406 Errors on the links concerning redirects. I could not identify any such redirect happening for either client. Also a 406 error, when I researched it online appears to be a somewhat specious error and not really an error deserving of a downgrade in score. This appears to be a significant portion of the scoring. HELP!
