I don't even know how to get into my web site, I'm not a tech, I need easy for a beginner!

I am only able to retreve my emails and now I need to know what a person who has studied seo for years, must know. I need user friendly advice, walk me through the process so i can figure it all out. Thanks, Pam

    Pam:
    Your web developer/designer didn't tell you? Call and ask him/her immediately. My site was developed using WordPress and is pretty simple to access and work on through their 'dashboard'.
