Banned for guideline violations?

I was having trouble switching my account so that I could link to my HubSpot account, but during the process, found I was suddenly banned due to guideline violations. Can someone please help me out with this?

    The same thing happened to me. I'm not quite sure how to get unbanned or link my hubspot account for that matter. Any updates?
