exempt city specific badges from the "Suggested Next Badge" list

My "Suggested Next Badge" is the "Far Far Away" badge. I don't live near New York City, so this would actually be a very difficult badge for me to get. Could you maybe exempt city specific badges from the Suggested Next Badge list?

    The suggested next badge is Brooklyn for Life. While this may be fine for people living in NY, it's useless to me in Austin, TX. Please exclude city-specific badges from the recommendations.
