Following more than follow
I think if someone is following more people then follow them, it should count against them. This would avoid following everyone in order to get a better "grade".

It's so ridiculous to think like this. It is not necessarily a negative sign when someone follows more people than they follow - they may simply be interested in the tweets of the multitude. Anyhow, this idea would just represent a new way to manipulate the numbers, making it the same story in a different cover.

This is such a ridiculous analytical idea. Because someone follows more people than follow them, does not mean it is a negative indictment against them - they may simply be interested in hearing the tweets of the multitudes. In any case, this idea would just lead to a new form of manipulation of the numbers making it the same story in a different cover.
