I'm unable to connect my account to hubspot in order to show my certifications that I've completed. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Make support accessible
I am having issues with badges and verification but there is no obvious method of contact support. If this public forum is the only way to contact inbound.org my idea is to allow better support options.

Tool Image URL
Can you find an alternative for this field (or make it optional)? It's sometimes difficult to find an image URL for tools I want to recommend, which makes me think some people would give up if they had to go searching that hard.

Banned for guideline violations?
I was having trouble switching my account so that I could link to my HubSpot account, but during the process, found I was suddenly banned due to guideline violations. Can someone please help me out with this?

Problem with invitation requests
Hi there,
Every time I try to request to join a group I get the message: "To contribute to Inbound.org you need to connect with your Twitter account. It's a quick way to create your profile (and we've found it helps to cut down the spam)" —and I do so. But it appears again if I try to do the request. Would anybody help me, please?

Just doing some reseach with only "España" where field and i can´t not see my profile.

Profile Saving Issue
Hello,
When I update my profile content and then click the save button at the bottom it loads a blank screen and doesn't save any of the changes I have made...
Not sure what the issue is - I'm guessing it might be an issue connecting to the database possibly.
If someone could please help it would be greatly appreciated!

Two years at Inbound. Two HubSpot accounts.
I attended Inbound last year and had a job where I used HubSpot. I have since then gotten a new job and a new HubSpot account at this new job. I'm now attending Inbound 2014 and have neither badge! Is there a manual way to verify I attended like my registration number?

Problem with Firefox
With Firefox, the Notification and Profile menus cover any other menu.
To reproduce it:
. Login with Firefox
. Go to Groups, select a group
. The Request is not accessible as located behind the Notification and Profile menus.This problem does not occur with IExplorer.

Editing an Event
I just posted an event and I don't see any option for editing. It didn't give a character limit in certain sections but when it was posted it cut off a sentence right in the middle, not I can't modify it. What is the best way to edit a posted event?

I have two HubSpot accounts. What do I do?
I have 2 HubSpot accounts. 1 with my personal email that I used when I originally started following HubSpot. I earned my Inbound certification last year. Since then I have convinced my company to use HubSpot so we're now a client. I now have a HubSpot account under my work email address. I have now earned my Inbound certification and my HubSpot certification. I originally linked my personal email to my inbound.org account and then thought maybe I should link my work email. I unlinked and now can't delink either of them. Like your tool. Got any advice?

Unable to deactivate my account
Hi,
I tried to deactivate my account but it isn't working. I click on the Deactivate Account in my Profile settings and I get the "Account Deactivated" notice but my account is still active and nothing has changed. I tried both with Safari and Chrome (Mac).
Could you please fix this or simply delete my account?
