I've seen people running "add bots" collecting a few thousand followers, then auto-unfollowing those who don't follow back the next day. An easy http://twittercounter.com search shows a HUGE spike in follows with large 'stair step" jumps.

Often times they are growing an account at 1000%. I recommend looking at the time a user has been a member combined with looking at how fast they are growing their account and…

  3. I've seen people with zero tweets and and a really high grade because hundreds have followed them. This isn't a great measure of influence.

  4. I think if someone is following more people then follow them, it should count against them. This would avoid following everyone in order to get a better "grade".

  10. I was looking and Oregon tweeters and even city specific and for some reason it is listing people who do not live in Oregon or Portland and have their locations set to other cities and states.

    http://twittergrader.com/index.php?Action=TwitterUsersByLocation&State=OR&Country=US

I count five people in the Oregon listings alone that are not even in Oregon.

  14. I went to my followers and tested 5 - each of them Twitter Grader told me were not following me. Either Grader or Twitter is wrong. I vote for Grader being wrong.

  16. I run a WP website/blog
http://e-tard.tv but now it would seem websitegrader does not see I have a blog. it can find my rss feed but not my blog.
I'm not sure if I removed something off my blog that help it see that there is a blog.
other then that everything works fine & I thanks you soo much for making websitegrader, it has helped a lot.

  19. Some folks will use different name for the same location. Hong Kong and HK should be one bucket of localization, just like Montreal, Montréal and Mtl should be all in the same. This way when a user searches for top ranked Twitter Users in Montreal, he will have the real list, without having to merge 3 different lists...

  20. a visual for strength/weaknesses linking all actions (web, twitter, fb, etc.) off to the side. Yes, techies will resist, but techies are not the target here. paying customers are!
